People's Parliament: MP Calls On Gov. To Issue Banknotes With The Face Of Bogyoke Aung San

The second people's parliament sixth regular session holds its 13th day meeting on Friday.

During the question and answer section, the MPs asked the star marked questions such as making transparent the joint-venture contract, transparent arrangements for SME loan, extension of soy milk feeding for students to the villages, upgrading of schools in Shan State, Rakhine State and Taninthayi Region.

The move regarding with Myanmar Companies Bill ratified with remarks and transferred by National Parliament was discussed and sought the approval of the parliament. The Members of parliament also discussed the move put forward by the representative of Myaing constituency calling upon the union government to issue future Myanmar banknotes with the portraits of Bogyoke Aung San.
