Awarding Ceremony: Outstanding Parade Companies Awarded

The Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Maung Maung Aye presented awards to the prize-winning parade companies during the 79th Armed Forces Day Parade at the Thittat Parade Ground in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

Then, the Chairman of the Leading Committee for Organizing the Armed Forces Day Chief of Armed Forces Training Lt-Gen Htein Win presented honorary trophies and cash awards to the relevant parade companies which secured the best awards in flag bearer and military band events. Adjutant-General Lt-Gen Soe Min Oo presented honorary trophies and cash awards to relevant parade companies which secured the first, second and third prizes in parade, military songs, and military disciplined events.

The Chief of General Staff General Maung Maung Aye awarded prize of honor to a squadron group representing the Office of the Commander In Chief (Air), third prize for best parade to parade company representing the Directorate of Military Engeneering Corps, second prize for best parade to the parade company (1) representing Office of the Commander In Chief (Navy) and Shield and prize of cash to the parade company representing Directorate of Artillery Corps that won first prize for best parade.The General also spoke words of honor.
