C-In-C In India: Commander-In-Chief Visits Adani Ports And Logistics In Mundra

Tatmadaw delegation led by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited Adani Ports and Logistics in Mundra of India on Saturday.

The delegation observed safety measures and operations at the deep sea port. Located in the Gulf of Kutch, Adani Ports and Logistics is one of the main points for transport of goods with storage and distribution facilities for crude oil, vehicles, and other export and import goods.

Adani Ports is the world’s largest coal import terminal, supplying coal to the Adani and TATA coal-fired power plants. The delegation also visited the Special Economic Zone and Solar Panel Manufacturing Unit.

The Special Economic Zone and Solar Panel Manufacturing Unit produces solar panels which can generate 1200 MW of electricity and are exported to the U.S., Britain and other European countries, according to the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services.
