Celebration at MOPE: SAC members enjoy the Thingyan Water Festival

The Ministry of Electric Power organized Myanmar traditional Thingyan Water Festival in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday. The celebration was attended by the State Administration Council members Dr Kyaw Tun and U Khun San Lwin, Union Minister U Thaung Han, Union Minister for Labour Dr Pwint Hsan, the Deputy Ministers, the Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar, and officials.

They enjoyed the serving of charity feast and cheered the entertainments by the Thingyan dance troupes. The SAC members, the Union Ministers and party later took part in water splashing joyously and presented cash award to the dance troupes.
