Clarification and Trial Voting: Clarification and trial voting conducted in Ottarathiri Tsp.

The Union Election Commission is conducting clarification and demonstration regarding with the Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) and it was carried out at the meeting hall of Ottarathiri Township General Administration Department in the morning on October 11 and attended by the Chairman of Township Administration body, Township level departmental personnel, Ottarathiri ward  administrator and secretary, representatives from Union Solidarity and Development Party, National Politics Democratic Party and National Unity Party and the voters.

In the afternoon, the demonstration and clarification was continued at the same hall and attended by the Shwe Nant Thar Ward Administrator and secretary and voters and trial voting was carried out.

The clarification and demonstration regarding with the Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) was carried out by the officials from the Office of UEC and the trial voting was conducted.

The clarification was attended by the 200 individuals including Chairman and members of Township Administration body, Township level departmental personnel, ward administrators and secretaries, representatives from the political parties and the voters in the morning and the 200 individuals including Township level departmental personnel, ward administrators and secretaries and voters in the evening and the trial voting was conducted.

The clarification and trial voting will be carried out in 10 wards/Village-tracts in Ottarathiri Township from 11th to 13th October, it’s learnt.
