Coordination meeting: Meeting of ctrl comm. for organizing 74th Martyrs Day held

The second coordination meeting of the central committee for organizing 74th Martyrs Day was held at the Yangon Region Administration Council Office, on Friday.

At the meeting, the Central Committee Chairman, Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Ko Ko said that the first coordination meeting of the Central Committee was held on 4th of June in Nay Pyi Taw, it’s needed to give special care for the security and the prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) also is needed to address. The tasks are needed to carry out with coordinated efforts and systematic management not to have a requirement in inviting the family members of Martyrs leaders and the reception matters. Next, central committee vice chairmen, chairman of security committee and the chairmen, secretaries and members of sub-committees reported the related matters.

Then, the Central Committee Chairman and Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Ko Ko coordinated the reports and gave a speech of conclusion.

Afterwards, the Union Minister and party inspected the Martyrs Mausoleum where the 74th Martyrs Day will be held, Bo Gyoke Aung San Museum, Secretariat (formerly ministers’ office).

In the afternoon, the Union Minister proceeded to the State High School of Arts (Yangon), University of National Culture and Arts, encouraged those who are practicing to compete the first Myanmar Traditional Cultural performing and fine arts competition and gave a remark to the teachers and students, it’s learnt.
