COVID-19 Update: 2 new COVID-19 cases reported on April 7

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 2 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Friday after testing 2,987 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 17 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 634,094 and the death toll stands at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614,596.
