The ceremony of completion of the Grade 1, 2 and 3 Kayin Literature Curriculum Online Teaching, Grade-4 Curriculum development and the Kayin ethnic businessmen's association formation was held.
The ceremony at the Union National Races Village in Yangon included general discussions on the Kayin ethnic businessmen's association formation and TOT Online Teaching.
Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung also made remarks, stressing that ethnic businessmen must work for the development of the country and to provide more employment opportunities for the local ethnics and that if literature and language are lost, race may disappear, so literature, language, culture and traditional heritage must be handed down and preserved.
Also, Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs U Saw Tun Aung Myint said that Myanmar is a union of more than 135 ethnic groups living together, it is very important for them to live together in unity. If the country is united, the country will be peaceful and develop. He also highlighted efforts for the ethnic people.
And, the Union Minister presented certificates regarding the Kayin ethnic businessmen's association formation and completion of the Grade 1, 2 and 3 Kayin Literature Curriculum Online Teaching. Cash assistance was also provided for the Grade-4 Curriculum development. Masks were also provided for the Kayin ethnic businessmen's association and Kayin ethnic literature and culture groups.
