In Honour Of Union Day: 4 New Streets Opened In Monywa Of Sagaing Region

In honour of the 75th Anniversary of Union Day, 4 tar streets in Monywa of Sagaing Region were opened on Thursday.

In his address at the opening ceremony in Myothit Ward, Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw highlighted efforts of the Monywa City Development Committee for the public and the regional government’s efforts for Monywa, a commodity hub, located on the Asian Highway, by also upgrading and constructing roads and streets for the smooth flow of commodity and transportation.

Also, Deputy Director of Monywa City Development Committee explained information on the new 4 streets to be opened. Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw and many other officials ceremonially opened the new 4 tar streets named Sein Pan Wah , Sein Pan Pyar, Aung Myay and Sweltaw.

These new 4 tar streets were constructed from the 2021-2022 mini-budget of 355.81 million Kyats.
