Human Resource Development: MOALI holds knowledge sharing sessions

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation is implementing for the development of country’s human resources by conducting knowledge sharing sessions of new technology by the officials and staff who have experience in local and international communities.
On November 2nd, discussion on sharing experiences of foreign training courses by the officials was held at the Ministry’s hall with the attendance of Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr. Aung Gyi.
During the opening remarks, the Deputy Minister said that the Ministry is giving encouragement to departmental staff for the development of thier skills. He also urged all the officials and staff to improve calving rates in dairy cattle breeding by exchanging techniques among experts upon research.
During the discussion, the officials shared knowledge including about the bacteria contains in marine products, chemical residues, chemical pollution which can be found in nature and to expend new parameter locally.
Then, the officials from University of Veterinary Science, Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department, Fisheries Department and experts clarified the matters according to related sectors. And, they answered the questions raised by the attendees.
