Hungarian PM Orban welcomes China's Xi at airport in Budapest

Following a visit to France and Serbia earlier this week, Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Budapest on Wednesday aimed at strengthening already flourishing ties between Beijing and its closest EU ally.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping in Budapest after Xi’s visit to Serbia. Xi's three-day visit to Hungary marks 75th years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, with the Chinese leader expected to attend a state dinner with Hungarian Prime Minister later on Wednesday.
