Inspection: Union Minister For Construction Makes Inspection In Shan State

Union Minister for Construction U Han Zaw inspected Shan State’s Maisat-Tachileik Road upgrade work on Monday. He heard report on upgrade works and gave necessary instructions.

The 97.76-kilometer long Maisat-Tachileik Road upgrade works include tar and concrete sections construction and upgrading of bridges – there are 107 box culverts and pipe culverts and 20 bridges along the Road.

The Union Minster continued his inspection trip to YanKyauk-KawMalLeik-MaLiParKaw-WhaLaeLan tar road construction in Tachileik Township. After hearing the report by officials, the Union Minister gave instructions.

The 7-mile and 7-furlong tar road connects to Kengtung-Tachileik Road and MalYan-Parsar-SanPhuu Road. The Union Minster also inspected the TachiLeik Bypass. On the same day, he visited Myanmar-Thai Friendship Bridge No. 2 and inspected the road condition which will connect to the TachiLeik Bypass and Myanmar-Thai Friendship Bridge No. 2.
