International Cooperation: Meeting with Special Envoy for Asian Affairs

Union Minister for International Cooperation U Ko Ko Hlaing received Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China to Myanmar Mr. Deng Xijun at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 28 July.

At the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further consolidation of the existing PaukPhaw friendship, accelerating the implementation of Myanmar-China bilateral projects on the basis of mutual benefit, closer coordination for the smooth flow of border trade, promotion of trade and commerce between Myanmar and China, implementation of repatriation of verified displaced persons from Rakhine State as well as regional and international matters of mutual interest.
