Jetty for National Races Village: Construction completed in Yangon for visitors

For the convenience of visitors from Yangon and nearby places who want to pay a visit to the Yangon National Races Village through Bago River, a jetty construction has been implemented during the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year and it’s now been completed cent per cent.
Now, visitors can also visit the Yangon National Races Village by water from the places alongside of the river including Pan Soe Dan Jetty and Bo Ta Htaung jetty. According to the official from the Yangon National Races Village, the jetty was constructed with 449.505 million kyats.
Also, visitors can enjoy scenic beauty of the river on their way to the Yangon National Races Village. Currently, motor boats are arranged at the jetty for the visitors and plans are underway to be able to visit Thanlyin Township. The Yangon National Races Village was opened in December, 2002 with the aims to study traditional and cultural heritage of ethnic people at one place.
