Law Amendment: Law No. 42/2022 Amending Myanmar Police Force Law

State Administration Council [SAC] made an announcement on law amendment on the 17th of August.
It states that the State Administration Council has enacted this law under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. This law shall be called the Law Amending the Myanmar Police Force Law. Clause (1) of Sub-section (A), Section 46 of the Myanmar Police Force law shall be substituted as follows: - those who have reached the stipulated age of retirement shall have to retire and, on retirement, shall be entitled to superannuation pensions in accord with the stipulations.
