Meeting with personnel: MoPF DM met with departmental personnel

The Deputy Minister for Planning and Finance U Maung Maung Win who is a member of entourage of the trip of the Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win, met with the directors of the in-charges of 11 departments under the Ministry in Kayin State at Kayin State Budget Department in the afternoon on 23rd January.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister gave necessary instructions including to have knowledge on the policy, procedures and visions set by the Union Government as well as the those of the State as being the in-charges of 11 departments in the State, need to clarify the 5 points road-map, three economic objectives to the subordinates, coordinate between the State government and the Union ministries, regarding with the armed conflicts in some regions of the country, the opposite organizations are inciting the subordinate personnel and it’s needed to supervise the subordinate personnel and oversee the unity among the personnel of the department.

Then, the Deputy Minister coordinated requirements reported by the departments of the State, it’s learnt.
