The Ministry of Health and Sports has issued this order under the authority of Article 21 (b) of the Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases Law.

1.    The Ministry of Health and Sports has issued Order 37/2020 on 16-4-2020 on 28-5-2020 to prohibit from gathering five or more than five persons exception for some reasons, to curb the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to implement preventive measures. The ministry announced modification of these orders with Order 79/2020 on 1 August 2020, increasing the number of persons in gathering from five to 15 or more than 15 persons.
2.   The Ministry of Health and Sports has re-issued this new order that will take effect on 16-8-2020 to increase the limited number of persons to less than 30.
3.   The Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases Law will apply to those who breach the orders and instructions related to the COVID-19 issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports and the Public Health Department.
