Preparations Underway : 76th anniversary celebration of Kachin State Day in Myitkyina

Hailing the upcoming 76th anniversary of Kachin State Day, scheduled for January 10th, Myitkyina is gearing up for a three-day commemorative celebration. The event will feature a variety of activities, including the opening and closing ceremonies of the Manaw Dance, displays of booths and exhibitions, sports events, as well as the inauguration of roads and parks.

To ensure the successful organization of Kachin State Day, a work coordination meeting took place at the State Government Office on Friday. Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan emphasized the need for systematic arrangements in implementing the tasks. During the meeting, attendees presented plans for organizing the events, budget allocations, and preparation measures.
