Public rental housing project: Aiming at requirement of public housing

Public rental housing project is being carried out in Dagon Myo Thit (South) township of Yangon Region.

As it is located between No.(2) and No.(7) main roads which are central parts of the Yangon, it will be convenient for public transportation with the development of urban areas of Yangon in future.

Aiming to be convenient for the public, this project has been implemented and efforts are being made to complete these projects within the targeted time according to the business sector.

The public rental housing project is currently under construction and as the 1st phase, efforts are being made for the completion of 1,936 rooms in 121 buildings out of 194 buildings with 3,104 rooms in March, 2023. The remaining 73 buildings with 1,168 rooms are also being implemented phases by phases.
