Samsung heir in court for arrest warrant hearing

A Seoul court on Monday held a hearing to decide whether to issue an arrest warrant for Samsung heir, Lee Jae-yong. Lee, the vice chairman of Samsung Electronics, has been accused of corporate accounting and merger fraud. After the hearing ends, Lee will move to the Seoul Detention Centre and await the court's decision.  The decision is expected to be handed down around midnight Monday or early Tuesday.
