Sea-going hospital vessel: Tatmadaw mobile medical team to provide medical treatments

The Tatmadaw sea-going hospital vessel (Thanlwin) which includes specialists, medical officers, and nurses from Tatmadaw mobile medical team left the No. (4) Naval Harbor (Thilawa) in the morning on November 3rd to provide medical services to the local people of Coco islands, Palipalae Island and HaingGyiKyun and people from villages and townships along the coastal regions of Ayeyarwady River and were seen off by Ma-J Gen. Htein Win, Senior Tatmataw officials, officers, other ranks and families at the Naval Narbor.

The Tatmadaw sea-going hospital vessel (Thanlwin) which includes specialists, medical officers, and nurses from Tatmadaw mobile medical team will provide medical treatments for patients needed surgeries, patients with obstetric/gynaecological diseases, child disease patients, orthopaedic patients, eye/ ear/nose/throat and oral diseases. Moreover, the medics will conduct operations on general patients, X-Ray diagnostics, and Ultrasound scanning, it’s learnt.
