South Korea, US carry out joint military drills as part of Ulchi Freedom Shield

Images released by the South Korean Defence Ministry show soldiers from South Korea and the United States conducting an urban area operation training in Paju as part of the annual Ulchi Freedom Shield joint military exercise.

About 500 soldiers participated in the training where various ground and air forces including tanks and drones were used. The Ulchi Freedom Shield joint military exercise is held from August 21 to August 25 this year.
