According to the China Manned Space Agency, two Chinese astronauts completed their second spacewalk at 5:47 p.m. (09:47GMT) on Saturday, after about five hours.

The two astronauts conducted technical work, including installing extravehicular workstations.

With the support of a robotic arm, they are planning to install extravehicular booster devices and verify spacewalk rescue conditions. The third astronaut assisted from inside the cabin.

This follows the first spacewalk by the Shenzhou-14 crew on 1st September, setting the record for the shortest interval of 16 days between crews conducting extravehicular activities, state media reported. The crew was sent to the permanent orbiting space station on June 5.
