Viet Nam classical music festival 2024 concludes

The 2024 Viet Nam Classical Music Festival concluded on Sunday night at the DaLat Opera House.

The festival brought together 100 artists from both domestic and international backgrounds. Organized by the Viet Nam Youth Music Institute and Vietfest, the festival included a week-long series of activities in various venues across Da Lat city. Highlights of the festival were the performances held in hillside streets, where classical music was combined with painting exhibitions.

The festival’s success has spurred numerous ideas for future activities, furtherestablishing Da Lat as a creative music city, a title awarded by UNESCO in October of the previous year.
