Water supply system: Chair of Nay Pyi Taw Council inspected water supply system

Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Maung Maung Naing together with deputy mayor U Maung Maung inspected the works undertaking for Nay Pyi Taw water supply implementation by Engineering Department (Water and Sanitation), Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee in the morning on Saturday.

First, the Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman and party inspected the sand filtering water tank (1) and Nan-Oo water distribution plant near Nga-Like Creek in Zabuthiri Township.

Next, the head of engineering department (water and sanitation) clarified the Nay Pyi Taw water supply system with replicas at the department’s meeting room and the Mayor gave the necessary instructions.

Then, the Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman and party proceeded to Yan Aung Myint Dam and inspected the sand filtering tank and work undertakings along the circular road of the Dam by the motorcade.

Afterward, the sand filtering tank near Bay Bay Maung Dam in Zabuthiri Township and sewage treatment plant in Mingalartheiddi ward and gave necessary guidelines, it’s learnt.
