Work coordination meeting :Kachin State CM gave necessary instructions

The Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan gave a remark at the coordination meeting regarding with the status of the completion of works implemented with the capital expenditure of Kachin State budget for 2023-2024 held at State government office Malikha Hall at 9:30 AM on 24th January.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister clarified that the State government drew the budget allocations prioritizing work plans which are essential to be implemented in the with the future work program of the Union government, It’s needed to make efforts to meet the budget allocations set aside for 2023-2024 fiscal year, the relevant departments and organizations need to supervise to complete the regional work plans as it appears only 37.1% of original budget allocations till the third quarter of the fiscal year and need to report the difficulties.

Next, the state minister for economic affairs U Myo Swe clarified the status of completion of work projects and the directives on the financial procedures and the State head staff officer of planning department Daw M Gerraw (ဒေါ် M ဂျာရော်) submitted third quarterly report on the State-owned investment work projects to be implemented with the capital expenditure from the State budget.

Then, the relevant departments and organizations included in the State budget clarified the implementations of work plans, challenges on the ground and the matters to be coordinated.
