Amendment of Law: Amended political parties’ registration law promulgated

The State Administration Council promulgated the amended political parties’ registration law (State Administration Council’s Law No.15/2024) on 30th January, 2024.

At the amended law, the amendments included the name of the law and the substitution of the wordings at sub-section (g) of Section-2, sub-section (f) and (h) of Section-5, Section-17 and Section-19.

The amended political parties’ registration law was signed by the Chairman of the State Administration Council Senior General Min Aung Hlaing by exercising provisions of the Section-419 of State Constitution.
