Armenia, Azerbaijan meet in Berlin for peace talks

German Foreign Minister welcomed Armenia and Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministers in Berlin. Armenia and Azerbaijan's foreign ministers hold peace talks in Berlin on Wednesday, in a new push to resolve a decades-long conflict between the neighbouring Caucasus countries.

Under German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's mediation, Armenian Prime Minister and Azerbaijani President had agreed to push on with peace negotiations. Scholz's spokesman said that the leaders also pledged to resolve differences exclusively through peaceful means and without the use of force.
