Blinken’s opening remarks at 3rd Summit for Democracy in Seoul

US Secretary of State Blinken delivered opening remarks at the opening ceremony of the third Summit for Democracy in Seoul on Monday.

During his stay in Seoul, Blinken met with the South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and his South Korean counterpart on the sidelines of the event. Washington and Seoul wrapped up one of their major annual joint military training exercises last week.
