Central Committee meeting: SAC VC attended and addressed the meeting

The Central Committee for organizing the 2024 76th Anniversary Independence Day  held its 2nd work coordination meeting at the office of State Administration Council in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday in the presence of   Chairman of the Organizing Committee Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win, Union Ministers, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, Deputy Ministers and senior military officers from Commander in Chief (Army).

The ceremony was also joined by the secretaries of sub-committees through video conferencing.  Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Senior General stressed that the relevant sub-committees reported works undertaking at the previous meeting held on 10th October and the requirements have been fulfilled upon the reports.

The approval of the plans for the ceremony invitations, erecting posters, holding the flag-hoisting ceremony, reading out the message, dinner invitation, catering has been obtained from the Chairman of the State Administration Council, he added.

He also highlighted the plans needed to be discussed and approved for holding of the sports competition and the Youth and Literary Arts Festival marking the Independence Day, detailed plans and security issues. He gave instructions to the officials to report works completed by the relevant sub-committees, the needs to be fulfilled and successful holding of Independence Day.

And, the relevant sub-committees gave the sector-wise discussions for successful celebration of the 76th Independence Day. Then, the Vice Senior General coordinated the needs upon the briefings and reports. After delivering closing speech by Vice Senior General, the meeting was concluded.
