Coordination meeting: DPM UM gave necessary instructions

The coordination meeting on yearly review of 2023-2024 fiscal year of the Ministry of Finance and Planning and the work undertaking to be implemented in 2024-2025 fiscal year was held at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on Sunday.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister U Win Shein, Deputy Ministers U Maung Maung Win and Daw Than Than Lin, departmental heads under the Ministry, Deputy Directors General and General Managers.

In his remark at the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister U Win Shein said regarding with the work undertaking of the departments and organizations under the Ministry and State-owned industries. The advantages are needed to maintain and to implement further development in 2024-2025 fiscal year. On the other hand, the disadvantages should be reviewed and made effort with better approaches. Thus, the objectives set by the State will be able to implement fully. The personnel are urged to put strenuous effort for the full capacity, by adopting the rules and regulations for the personnel, the duties should be carried out with the positive view and assumption of being the decent public service personnel.

Next, the departmental heads clarified the advantages and disadvantages on the implementation of income and expenditure in 2023-2024 fiscal year and work undertaking, the tasks to be implemented in 2024-2025 fiscal year, issues of income and expenditure and the invitation of tender in time and the Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister gave necessary instruction and the meeting was concluded.
