Crackdown on Illegal Residency : 168 Chinese citizens repatriated on December 3

In its commitment to ensuring peace, stability, and the rule of law, particularly in border areas, the government continues its efforts to address the issue of illegal residency among foreigners who entered the country through unauthorized means.

To address this issue, authorities have implemented a thorough scrutiny process, in accordance with existing laws, for the repatriation of these individuals. On Saturday, a total of 168 Chinese citizens were repatriated after undergoing the scrutiny process.

This marked a continuation of the government's systematic repatriation efforts, with a total of 10,952 Chinese citizens sent back to China from October 31st to December 3rd. The government has reiterated its commitment to sustaining this process, to address the challenge of illegal residency.
