Medical specialists are providing healthcare services to the residents of Waw Township as part of the field medical treatment program.
Bago Region Chief Minister U MyoSwe Win visited Waw General Hospital on Saturday to observe and encourage the ongoing treatment processes. He emphasized the importance of facilitating necessary arrangements for individuals in areas with challenging transportation access to receive medical care.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Health, the Bago Region Government organizes a weekly field medical tour in each township. During his visit, Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win distributed medicines and offered cash assistance. The Chief Minister later proceeded to KanMyint Village, where he engaged with local farmers. Discussions focused on cultivating quality crops for higher yields, transforming cultivation lands into systematic farmlands, ensuring the availability of irrigated water, and adopting improved cultivation methods.
The Chief Minister distributed green manure seeds to be used as natural fertilizer. He also supervised the cultivation of paddy, employing a 10-row Seeder and paddy transplanter.
