Education Sector in Mon State: CM welcomes outstanding students and oversees cleaning

Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein and officials welcomed back the outstanding students who returned from study tour on Friday.

In the event at the State Government office in Mawlamyaing, the Chief Minister expressed words of congratulations and urged these students to shared what they’ve learnt in the study tour and to try to be good people that the state can rely on. It is also necessary to appreciate and preserve the national cultural traditions and to strengthen the spirit of patriotism and Union, the Chief Minister added.

And, one of the students shared the experience gained from the study tour and presented memorable gifts to the Chief Minister. And, the officials serve refreshments to the students. On Saturday, the Chief Minister oversaw collective cleaning activities at the No. 6 Basic Education High School, gave necessary instructions and coordinated with concerned officials to fulfill the requirements. It’s reported the weekly collective cleaning activities are being carried out at the schools in Mon State.
