Flower Wall Offering: Pilgrim tour to Maravijaya Buddha Image

Aung Zabu Missionary Group led by Aung Zaby Taw Ya Dhama YeikTha Sayadaw paid respect to Maravijaya Buddha Image, the tallest sitting marble Buddha Image erecting in Buddha Park in Dakkhinathiri Township, Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday evening.

First, the Maravijaya Buddha Image Board of Trustee and experts involved in construction and maintenance process of Buddha Image clarified the purposes of erecting the Buddha Image. It was followed by a video clip featuring the construction process of the Maravijaya Buddha Image.

Then, the donors from Aung Zabu Missionary group donated 5 million kyats for the Buddha Image. Then, flower offering ceremony organized by Aung Zabu Sayadaw was continued.

Members of Sangha led by Aung Zabu Sayadaw, nuns, yogis and pilgrims offered 68 ft long and 8 ft wide flower wall, fruits and oil lamps to the Maravijaya Buddha Image and recited religious sermons and shared merits gained.

Then, donors from Aung Zabu missionary group donated cash to the members of Sangha and nuns. Afterwards, the members of Aung Zabu missionary group explored the precinct of the Buddha Image.
