Fresher Welcoming Ceremony: MoE UM welcome the fresher students of NSA

The fresher welcoming ceremony of Nay Pyi Taw State Academy for 2023-2024 academic year was held at the multipurpose hall of the Academy on Friday and was attended by the Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe, Deputy Ministers, Senior officials, Pro-Rectors, professors (Heads of Department), faculty members, fresher students and officials.

Next, the Union Minister congratulated the fresher welcoming ceremony of Nay Pyi Taw State Academy for 2023-2024 academic year and extended words of welcoming for the First Year students to the Naypyitaw State Academy.

The Union Minister stressed that it’s the extraordinary opportunity to attend the First Year courses of Naypyitaw State Academy which is established with the aim at being a top university of the country.

The Naypyitaw State Academy was inaugurated on November 9, 2022 with the objectives of encouraging the critical thinking and stepping up the next level of university where is giving the higher education facilitated applied research and innovation through the qualified teaching, learning and practicing.

As the Naypyitaw State Academy is intended to be a Comprehensive University in shaping for a top university constituted with 7 facilities including Arts, Science, Law, Economics, Medical Science, Sports and Social education faculty.

The students who join the Naypyitaw State Academy for 2023-2024 Academic Year are warmly welcome to the NSA. Then, the students sung the song of “Min Nay Pyi” and the fresher students are introduced to the professors (Heads of Faculty) of related subjects. Then, the agendas of the event were continued.
