Iconic gold C-3PO head to fetch up to a million dollars

Iconic C-3PO head from “Star Wars: Return of the Jedi” is displayed near Los Angeles, weeks ahead being auctioned. “Prop Store” auction house COO Brandon Alinger says “it is a complete, intact head in the exact condition that it left the set in 1983.

So you can see it still has all of its original finish both the gold plating and the weathering on top of it. And the pre-sale auction estimate on this piece is half a million to one million US dollars”. The auction will take place on March 12th.
