Lecture via Video Conferencing: SAC Chairman gave lecture via Video Conferencing

The Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander In Chief of Defense Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing gave a remark to the instructors of Senior officials and trainees of Senior officials from the National Defence College (NDC) in the morning on Tuesday via Video Conferencing.

Also present on the occasion were the Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander In Chief of Defense Services Commander In Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win, Chief of general Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Senior military officers from the office of Commander in Chief (Army), Commandant of NDC, instructors of Senior officials and trainees of Senior officials.

In his video message remark, the SAC Chairman commader in Chief of Defense Services said that although oly the military officials were selected to attend the National Defense College previously, at the moment, the senor officials in civil service are let to attend.

In the implementation of the tasks, it can be requirements without considering with four perspectives such as Politics, economy, Administration and Defense. The civil servant Senior officials need to consider with four perspectives in serving the duties.

The trainees need to make efforts to be the Senior officials who can contribute for the country by exchanging discussions and reading within one year period. The trainees need to implement with great intention regarding with the findings for the oneself and the country.

The Commander in Chief of Defense Services also lectured regarding with the politics, facts of the country and weaknesses, independence struggle, situations in 1988 led to the taking of State responsibilities by the Tatmadaw, nationwide referendum and ratification of State constitution (2008), voting fraud occurred in 2020 multi party democracy General election led to the taking of State responsibilities by the Tatmada in line with the provisions of the constitution, the implementation of the State Administration Council by setting two political objectives and two national objectives etc. extensively.
