Los Angeles cleans up encampments in US homeless capital

Los Angeles has become the homeless capital of the United States. More than 75,000 people sleep on the sidewalks of Hollywood, Skid Row or the beaches of Venice, 70% more than in 2015. A crisis fueled by the rising cost of real estate.
