Malaysian King graces opening of 15th Parliament's third session

His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, graced the official opening of the First Meeting of the Third Session of the 15th Parliament, in Kuala Lumpur on Monday.

Also present was Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia. Sultan Ibrahim called upon both government and opposition blocs to remain united and work together to develop Malaysia for the benefit of the people.

His Majesty noted that the success or failure of the country does not solely depend on the shoulders of the Prime Minister, but also on the responsibility of all 222 MPs elected by all Malaysians.
