Medical Service on Ground: Medical service provided with mobile medical unit

In honoring the 76th Anniversary Independence Day, the social security board under the ministry of labour gives field medical service on ground with the Mobile Medial Unit including necessary medical Services, laboratory examination and ECG test to the personnel of the Ministry of Information which is eligible to the social security benefits on 2nd January, 2024 and the Union Minister for Labour U Myint Naung viewed and gave encouragement.

The Social Security Board is implementing social security plan and there are over 1.2 million eligible workers. It is giving the social security medical Services with 3 hospitals, 96 Township social security clinics, 60 departmental clinics owned by the board, 54 contract clinics, 23 private clinics which offer Specialist OG OPD, 12 contract hospital/delivery rooms giving OG medical service and 1 traditional medical clinic.

In honoring the 76th Anniversary Independence Day, the social security board under the ministry of labour will give field medical service on ground with the Mobile Medial Unit from 2nd to 15th January, 2024 to the social security insured workers from the ministries including Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Information, Ministry of Electric Power, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Immigration and Population and the Ministry of Labour and the field medical service on ground will be given to the industrial zones in Yangon and Bago Regions, it’s learnt.
