Performance enhancement training: MoHT Union Minister gave a speech at the training

Aiming for shouldering office tasks systematically and skill enhancement of the staff, the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism opened the skill enhancement training course at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday with the presence of the Union Minister Dr. Thet Thet Khaing. Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said that the Ministry is striving for stronger tourism organizations, more convenience in travel and connection, development of basic infrastructures of tourism and accelerate tourism market of the nation.

In implementing tourism sector human resource development, the Ministry is striving for balancing 3 sectors such as tourism sector, tourism education sector and skill enhancement of the staff from the ministry.

To accelerate the abilities and skills of the staff, the Ministry opens training courses in local but also dispatch the staff to abroad training courses in collaboration with related ministries and governmental organizations. Also, the Ministry is conducting workshops, paper reading sessions and experience sharing sessions. And, she urged all the staff to work hard and to be good civil service personnel for the country.

Then, the Deputy Minister reported the situations including opening of training courses for human resource development, conducting paper reading and knowledge sharing sessions and language and skill enhancement training courses. Afterwards, the Union Minister and Deputy Minister inspected the conducting of inter-departmental skill enhancement training course.
