Training Completion Ceremony: Pre-Service (Special) Course for Civil Service Officers

The Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) held its training completion ceremony of Pre-Service (Special) Course (No.12) for Civil Service Officersat the parade ground on Friday morning in the presence of the Chairman of Union Civil Service Board U Aung Thaw.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman underlined that the purpose of the training is to enable civil service personnel to become proficient in the laws, rules, regulations, office procedures and public affairs management. He said that the training course was conducted by the teachers and officials from the 8 Education Departments of Civil Service Academy.

All trainees are urged to effectively use the knowledge and experience gained from the training in their various work fields. The ceremony was followed by presentation of Public Service Management Post-Graduate Diploma Certificates by the Rector. The training, joined by a total of 115 trainees, lasted for 16 weeks.
