Work Coordination Meeting: Preparation for organizing Myanmar Education Conference

The Ministry of Education conducted a work coordination meeting for organizing the Myanmar Education Conference (2024) at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday in the presence of Union Minister Dr. Nyunt Pe.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said that the 6-month completion status of the short and long-term action plans have been distributed to the relevant ministries based on the discussions of previous Myanmar Education Conference.

He added that the related ministries have been requested to report work completion status within 11 months. He gave instruction to discuss the topics featuring cultural preservation and strengthening patriotism among young students on a special emphasis.

After that, Deputy Ministers for Education Dr. Zaw Myint and Dr. Moe Zaw Tun gave respective briefings on the successful holding of Myanmar Education Conference (2024).

The participants gave sector-wise discussion on further cooperation, the future works to be implemented, and the conference’s objective in addition to the chosen topics respectively. The ceremony was concluded after the Union Minister gave a supplementary discussion upon the reports.
