Work Coordination Meeting: Yangon Region CM attends the meeting

Yangon Region Government held its work coordination meeting 1/2024 at the hall of the regional government office on Tuesday with the attendance of Chief Minister U Soe Thein and many other concerned officials.

At first, clarification on the decisions of previous meeting which was held on December 5 was made. Then, the Chief Minister delivered an opening remark. And, guidelines and instructions of the State Administration Council, Union Government Office and Ministries were read out.It was followed by the explanation upon completion of action plans and tasks implemented with capital expenditure.

During the closing remarks, the Chief Minister stressed the accuracy of farmlands statistics, cultivating double cropping and producing good quality MSME products. He also urged the departmental officials and staff to promote the image of the office, to hoist the national flag to commemorate the upcoming Independence Day, to decorate light at the offices at night and to participate in townships’ cleaning and greening tasks. He also said that collective efforts are needed for the development of sector-wise working processes of the region, and urged all to try hard for the development of departments and region as a whole.
