Bilateral Talks: PM Talks With The Russian President

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing held talks with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin at the EEF Campus in Vladivostok on Wednesday.

The Russian President said the diplomatic relations between Myanmar and Russia reach 75th anniversary in 2023 and a commemorative ceremony will be held for the occasion.

The friendly relations and cooperation between the countries are in good progress, and many promising cooperation are coming ahead in trade and economic sectors. The Prime Minister also said that the bilateral relations have been promoted with added momentum since two decades ago, and Myanmar will continue to promote cooperation with Russia in various sectors.

The two leaders later discussed for promoting cooperation in diplomatic relations, political, economic, social, education, health, finance and banking sectors, science and technology, space and satellite technology, tourism and investments. They also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation for socio-economic development applying the nuclear energy.
