Commercial Affairs: Union Minister makes inspections in Bago Region

Union Minister for Commerce U Tun Ohn on Sunday inspected construction of the Nyaungkhashay Permanent Checkpoint in Waw Township of Bago Region and called on timely completion and quality construction before stressing the importance of workplace safety. Also, the Union Minister inspected truck checking processes with X-ray. 

At Thiri Oat Thar market in Bago Township, the Union Minister visited the MSME products sale center and pledged to provide assistance for export process. At the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Union Minister urged officials and staff to carry out duties with dedication, to be completely free from corruption and to act in full force in accordance with the law, by-law and procedures.

At the Myanstar Factory in the Bago Industrial Zone, the Union Minister inspected garments sewing steps for export and stressed the importance of good quality. Later the day, the Union Minister inspected the 3 Diamond Rice Mill in Thanatpin Township and called on right quality and price.
