Coordination meeting : Meeting on Kachin State development held

A coordination meeting between Kachin State Government and State-Level Departments was held at the Malikha hall of State Government Office in Myitkyina on Monday.

At the meeting, Kachin State Chief Minister urged relevant department heads to cooperate with State Government for the implementation of departmental activities and state development projects. He also urged state government members to give clear directives and instructions for the success of relevant departments’ projects, and warmly interact with people in activities of relevant sectors.

Then, State government members ministers, state Advocate general, and secretary of State Government briefing the rules and regulations for the relevant projects, State level departmental officials reported their working activities, future plans and difficulties, and State Chief Minister fulfilled their requirements.

In the afternoon, Kachin State Chief Minister attended a work coordination meeting 3/2023 of Kahchin State Committee on Management of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands at the meeting hall of State Government Office.

During the meeting, Chairman of the Committee Kachin State Chief Minister said that the committee members have carried out for the development of country’s agriculture, livestock and business sectors as giving priorities.

He urged attendees to approve the permission for the development and usage of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Land, and related disputes under the rules and regulations.

Next, Committee secretary and official from the Department of Agricultural Land Management and Statistics reported the related issues which were discussed by Committee members and State Chief Minister gave necessary instructions.
