Education Cooperation Week: Myanmar delegation met with China-ASEAN Center SG

Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe who are currently in Guiyang City of Guizhou province of the People’s Republic of China to attend the 2023 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week met with the delegation led by the Secretary General of China-ASEAN Center H.E. Mr. Shi Zhongjun at the parlor on third floor of Howard Johnson Hotel in the afternoon on 28th August.

At the meeting, the Union Minister and the secretary General discussed the matters on implementation of the discussions conducted during the visit of delegation led by the secretary General to Myanmar in July and the further cooperation matters.

Then, Union Minister attended the meeting with Secretary of Guizhou province Communist Party and Governor H.E. Mr. Li Bingjun together with the education ministers of ASEAN countries, ambassadors, Senior officials from the Ministry of Education, Consul Generals from the ASEAN countries in Guizhou province and the officials from the Guizhou province government at the same hotel and the Union Minister introduced the cooperation in education sector.

At 6 PM local time, Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister attended the dinner of honor hosted at the Colourful Guizhou Ballroom of Howard Johnson Hotel where the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week to be organized.
