Fuel Oil Information: Prices much lower than those in ASEAN region

It’s learnt that the current domestic fuel oil prices are much lower than those in the ASEAN region as the government is providing the necessary support for the purchase and import.

In order to make trade and commodity flows in the country more accurate and faster and to stabilize commodity prices, the government is providing more serious support to ensure that diesel, which is mainly used in agricultural, industrial, construction, mineral exploration and water industry works, can be used at a sufficiently low price.

The domestic fuel oil price depends on the world fuel oil price, the MOPS price published by Singapore, which is the main importer, and the local foreign currency exchange rate.
